Specifically catered to fitness enthusiasts and competitive or recreational athletes of any given sport, the total fitness POWER training program is a well-rounded program that alternates between higher-volume (more sets/reps), lower-volume, and higher-intensity training cycles. The results will be increased muscle size and increased muscular strength gains, leading to more (explosive) power.
Each exercise prescription highlights both full-body and push-pull routines as well as core work and allows for a significant change in volume and loads every 3 to 4 weeks. .
